I am a graduate of The Massage School in Hadley, Massachusetts, and I am a practiced masseur with hundreds of hours of experience. I specialize in providing firm, consistent pressure; targeted trigger-point work; and slow, consistent, controlled movements. I see my role as your massage therapist as having a conversation with your nervous system to facilitate relaxation and recovery.

I aim to provide a tailored experience for every client. I am trained in a variety of modalities that I can utilize. I have never been a fan of “up-selling” services. I do not charge extra for services such as deep-tissue work, hot stones, or aromatherapy. When you book with me, you pay for my time and expertise, and I will strive to provide the massage that best fits your needs.
